Delicious primal pizza! Even my non-primal friends love this pizza!

Recipe Ingredients for Primal pizza

1 pound grated eggplant
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 egg white
1/2 cup almond meal
1 can tomato paste
8 ounces mozzarella cheese
1/2 pound italian sausage
1 tomato
4 ounces mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Primal pizza

  1. Mix grated eggplant, parmesan cheese, egg white, and almond meal to form pizza "dough".

  2. Place dough on parchment paper and press with hands to form into pizza shape.

  3. Bake on parchment paper at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.

  4. Remove from oven.

  5. Flip over onto cookie sheet and bake an additional 5 minutes.

  6. Allow crust to cool.

  7. Add toppings and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
