Kedgeree with cauliflower instead of Rice

Recipe Ingredients for Primal Kedgeree

1 kg fish, smoked
4 eggs, boiled
1 head cauliflower
2 onions, fried
5 tbls olive oil
1 pepper, hot chili, chopped

Recipe Directions for Primal Kedgeree

  1. Fry onions in olive oil until brown

  2. Blend cauliflower until it is the consistency of rice

  3. Cook Fish and eggs for 6 minutes

  4. Add onion, fish and rice together in a bowl and mix
