Crunchy primal crackers to for spreading whatever you like on top!

Recipe Ingredients for Primal crackers

1 cup ground flax seeds
1/2 cup Almond meal
1 Salt, pepper, and onion powder
2 egg whites

Recipe Directions for Primal crackers

  1. Mix Flax seed with Almond meal and add salt, pepper, and onion powder to taste. Mix in the two egg whites.

  2. Place dough between two pieces of Parchment paper and roll out as thin as you can.

  3. Peel off the top Parchment paper.

  4. Place rolled out dough on the parchment paper on cookie sheet then score the crackers with a sharp knife.

  5. Cook in a 350 oven for 20 ? 25 minutes or until crispy and brown.

  6. Once cool break apart crackers along the score marks.
