48 oz Tomato Juice
6 portion ( yield from 1/2 lb raw meat ) Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
2 cup, chopped Carrots
2 cup, diced Celery
2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
2 slice, medium (1/8" thick) Onions

Recipe Directions for Primal Chili

brown meat and add to crock pot, mix in raw veggies add chilli powder, cumin, salt and pepper to taste, cook on low setting until veggies are tender
