Recipe Ingredients for Primal Chicken Etouffee

1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
2 celery stalks
1 medium onion
1 red bell pepper
3 cups chicken stock (no salt)
2 tbsp butter

Recipe Directions for Primal Chicken Etouffee

  1. Make a roux with butter and coconut flour

  2. Add diced pepper, onion, celery when roux is ready

  3. Add chicken and cook a bit

  4. Add stock

  5. Cook until chicken cooked and sauce thickens.
