Better than store bought--dip in mustard

Recipe Ingredients for Pretzels

1 tablespoon yeast
1 3/4 cup water
2 cups bread flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon salt

Recipe Directions for Pretzels

Dissolve yeast in warm water, let stand 5 minutes. Add sugar and bread flour, mix well. Add in all purpose flour 1/2 cup at a time, you may need more than this, until dough is not sticky. Put on floured surface and knead 10 minutes. Cover with towel, let rise in warm place for 30 minutes. Divide into 12-15 pieces, roll into 18 inch snakes, form into pretzel shapes. Boil 4 cups of water, add baking soda. Dip pretzels in with slotted spoon for 5-10 seconds, then put on parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake 6-8 minutes, until browned.
