Recipe Ingredients for Pretzel Chicken

3 oz Butter Snaps
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 large egg Eggland's Best Egg
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
16 oz Tyson Tenders
2 tbsp Canola Oil

Recipe Directions for Pretzel Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 425

  2. Pound chicken until fairly thin.

  3. Heat oil in large skillet on medium high heat.

  4. Process pretzels, salt, pepper and parmesan cheese in food processor and place in shallow bowl.

  5. Beat Egg in a shallow bowl.

  6. Dip each piece of chicken in pretzel mixture, then egg, then pretzel mixture again.

  7. Fry chicken about 2 minutes per side, until golden brown.

  8. Place fried chicken on cookie sheet (stoneware pan works best).

  9. Bake for 10min or until chicken is done.
