Recipe Ingredients for Pretend Chicken Pot Pie

2 cup, chopped Kale
1 cup, sliced Carrots
1 cup Frozen Stir Fry Vegetables
1.5 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
0.5 oz Corn Starch
1.25 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1/2 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
6 slice Bread, Whole-wheat, Prepared From Recipe, Toasted

Recipe Directions for Pretend Chicken Pot Pie

Chop up kale, add to chopped chicken and frozen veggies in a pot. Add water and corn starch. Simmer for 5 min. Spread 1/2 the bread on the bottom of baking dish, pour stew on top, cover with the rest of the bread. Bake for 10 min at 375.
