Recipe Ingredients for Presto Pizza Mia (6-6" pizza's)

1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup skim milk
1/4 cup butter, melted
2/3 cup pizza sauce
1 1/2 cups mixed vegetable, diced
1/2 cup lean ham
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese

Recipe Directions for Presto Pizza Mia (6-6" pizza's)

  1. Place large baking sheet upside down on middle rack of oven and preheat to 425 degrees. Butter 1-2 more marge backing sheets.

  2. Crust: In a large bowl, combine all purpose flour, and whole wheat flour, baking powder, oregano and salt. Pour in milk and butter (can use low fat margarine), stir with fork until soft dough forms. Turn out dough onto lights floured surface and knead a couple of time until smooth. Divide into 6 pieces. Roll or pat 3 pieces into 6" circles and place on prepared baking sheet.

  3. Topping: Spread pizza sauce on each crust, leaving 1/2 " border. Sprinkle ham with vegetables as desired.

  4. Place pizzas on baking sheet on top of the hot baking sheet in oven. Bake 12-15 mins or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbling. Repeat for next 3 pizza's (If you don't have 2 extra cookie tryas, can reuse first one, no need to let cool)
