Recipe Ingredients for Pressure Cooked Beans

1/2 kg Pinto Beans
2 onions
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp salt
6 tbsp canola oil
1 l water

Recipe Directions for Pressure Cooked Beans

  1. Wash the beans on water (watch out for the beans so you don't lose them.

  2. Put the liter of water in the pressure pan, put the beans, onions, pepper, salt and canola oil.

  3. Close well the pan, and put it on high temperature at the stove.

  4. When the pan starts to whistle, lower temperature to medium, and cook it for about an hour or until it's soft enough to you.

  5. (You may open the pan whenever you want to check softness)
