Recipe Ingredients for Prego Hearty Lasagna

3 cups low-fat ricotta cheese
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
1 lb ground beef
48 oz spaghetti sauce
448 grams lasagna
1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese

Recipe Directions for Prego Hearty Lasagna

  1. Mix ricotta, mozzarella, and eggs.

  2. Brown beef, stirring to separate meat. Pour off fat. Stir in Prego Sauce.

  3. In each of two 2-qt shallow baking dishes, layer 1 cup Prego mixture, 2 noodles, and 1 cup cheese mixture.

  4. Repeat layers. Top with remaining noodles, remaing Prego mixture, and parmesan.

  5. Bake at 400*F for 30 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes. Serves 12.
