Recipe Ingredients for Prawns with vegetables, mushrooms and tomato passata

1 courgette
250 g prawns
1 yellow pepper
500 g Sauce
1 tsp olive oil
320 g mushrooms
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp oregano

Recipe Directions for Prawns with vegetables, mushrooms and tomato passata

  1. Chop courgette and pepper into pieces you like, slice the mushrooms.

  2. Heat a deep pan, drizzle the oil and add mushrooms, peppers and courgette. Keep stirring until the ingredients start releasing juices. Lower the heat, cover and simmer for another 3 minutes.

  3. If you are using uncooked prawns, add them now. Keep stirring until prawns become pink.

  4. Add passata, oregano and black pepper. Rise the heat slightly and bring to boil slightly.

  5. If you are using cooked prawns add them now. Simmer for another 3 minutes.

  6. Serve the way you like the most, with rice, bulgur, jacket potatoes or pasta.
