Stir fry with vermicelli noodles, broccoli, prawns and mushrooms.

Recipe Ingredients for Prawn and vermicelli stir fry

10 prawns
200 grams broccoli
20 grams almonds
200 grams mushrooms
100 grams vermicelli
1 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp water
1 tsp honey
1 tbsp ginger
1 cloves garlic
1 tsp hot pepper
1/2 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Prawn and vermicelli stir fry

  1. briefly cook prawns until no longer translucent. remove from pan and set aside

  2. soak vermicelli in cold water for 10 min.

  3. heat pan with small amount of oil and begin to cook mushrooms and broccoli

  4. blend soy sauce, water, honey, ginger, and garlic in bullet until smooth.

  5. add half of sauce to pan and continue to cook for 5 minutes

  6. remove vermicelli from cold water and shake. add to pan and add rest of the sauce. add prawns

  7. toss and continue to cook until everything is hot through.
