Clear vegetable soup and not to overcook

Recipe Ingredients for Prawn & Vegetable Soup

50 g prawn
1/2 cup broccoli
1/2 cup cauliflower
1/2 cup carrots
1/2 cup spinach
1 tsp olive oil
2 g shallot
1 g garlic
200 ml water
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Prawn & Vegetable Soup

  1. Heat the olive oil.

  2. Fry garlic and onion

  3. Add prawn and water. Leave it to boil.

  4. Add carrots, broccoli and cauliflower. Add the spinach just before turning off the heat.

  5. Ready to serve.
