Indian style. Use new potatos which have been pre boiled or from a can.

Recipe Ingredients for Prawn and potato curry

200 g potato, sliced
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
100 g prawns, frozen
2 tbsp curry powder
2 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp Coriander, chopped
1/2 canned tomatoes, chopped
2 green peppers, hot
4 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 tbsp salt

Recipe Directions for Prawn and potato curry

  1. fry oil, garlic, onion, salt together for 5 min

  2. then add curry powder and paprika , stir for a few minutes.

  3. add tomatoes, potato and prawns, stir well, add 100 ml of water if needed. throw in 2 green chillies whole if desired

  4. bring to the boil and garnish with coriander
