Recipe Ingredients for Prawn Gyoza

1 serving Egg Free Wide Pasta Ribbons
225 grams Shrimp Uncooked Black Tiger
1/2 cup Water Chestnuts (Sliced)
2 cup Leeks, (Bulb And Lower Leaf-portion)
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
3 clove Garlic
5 slices (1" dia) Ginger Root
8 g Corn Starch
1 1tsp Oil, Sesame

Recipe Directions for Prawn Gyoza

Devein, wash and chop the raw prawns. Chop the leeks and steam (I use the microwave), allow them to cool before adding to the chopped prawns. Finely chop the garlic and ginger, and water chestnuts and add to prawn mix. Add cornflour, sesame oil and soy sauce. Wrap teaspoon-fulls of mix in dumpling wrappers. If freezing, freeze now rather than after cooking. To cook, either boil or steam for 10 minutes, or boil for 5 minutes then fry for crispiness.
