Recipe Ingredients for prawn and cucumber pasta salad

4 oz fusilli pasta , cooked and set aside to chill
4 oz cooked prawns
30 grams natural yoghurt
1 1/2 tablespoon mayonnaise extra light
1/2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
2 oz red pepper
2 oz cucumber
1/2 medium red onion
1 tsp paprika
1 salt and pepper, season to taste

Recipe Directions for prawn and cucumber pasta salad

  1. cook pasta drain and set aside to chill

  2. drain the prawns and set aside

  3. Dice the onion cucumber and red pepper place in a bowl with the prawns and pasta.

  4. in a small bowl combine the yoghurt mayo ketchup and parika in a bowl and mix together, place in bowl with the other ingredients and stir well and then seaon to taste.

  5. chill for 1 hour
