Comforting, and a little spicy if you add red chili flakes at the end!

Recipe Ingredients for Prawn + Chicken Noodle Bowl

1 lbs cooked pasta
454 g prawns
12 oz skinless chicken breast
1 cup celery
1 cup carrots
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp fresh grated ginger
1/4 cup cilantro
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 cup low fat chicken broth
1 cup sliced fennel
1 cup peas
1 tbs lime juice

Recipe Directions for Prawn + Chicken Noodle Bowl

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions (I like linguine best).

  2. While pasta cooks, heat sesame oil over high heat in a wok or saute pan. Saute ginger and garlic + add carrots, celery and fennel, stirring til veggies start to soften a bit.

  3. Add prawns and sliced chicken breast, stir, then add all remaining ingredients except the pasta.

  4. Cover the wok or saute pan and let everything steam for 3-5mins.

  5. Serve stir fried veggie/prawn/chicken over noodles in a bowl. Sprinkle with dried red chili flakes for extra heat if desired.
