Recipe Ingredients for Prawn, cannellini bean and macadamia sald

8 tbsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
120 grams Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
1000 grams Prawns
800 grams Cannellini
75 grams Macadamia Nuts, Dry Roasted
1 piece Lemons
250 grams Grape Tomatoes
0.5 cup, chopped Watercress
1 tsp Classic Dijon Mustard
1 clove Garlic
1 oz Mint

Recipe Directions for Prawn, cannellini bean and macadamia sald

  1. Combine half the oil and lemon juice and marinate the cooked prawns in it for 20 minutes. Cover and refridgerate.

  2. Combine remaining ingredients and toss through the remaining oil and lemon.

  3. Drain marinade from the prawns and place the prawns on top of the bean salad.

  4. Serve with whole mint leaves garnished on top.
