Such a tasty meatloaf! Got this from allrecipes.com, saw the overwhelmingly positive reviews and decided to try it!

Recipe Ingredients for Prairie Meat Loaf

4 lbs. lean ground turkey
1 1/2 cups chopped onion
1 1/2 cups chopped celery
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp thyme
3 cups instant oats
2 tbsp. mustard
1/2 cup ketchup
1 1/2 cups beef broth

Recipe Directions for Prairie Meat Loaf

In a bowl, beat eggs. Add salt, garlic powder, thyme, oats, mustard, and ketchup. In a small saucepan, set beef broth on medium high heat until boiling. Pour into oat mixture, and mix in onion and celery. Mix entire mixture with ground turkey by hand until well blended. Spoon into ungreased 9x13 pan and bake at 375 for one hour and 15 minutes or until core temp reaches 165. Pull meatloaf out of oven and allow to set for at least 5 minutes before cutting and serving. Great to freeze leftovers for quick dinners later!
