336 grams tofu
1/3 cup vegenaise
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp cumin

Recipe Directions for PPK Vegan Tofu Egg Salad

  1. Empty the tofu and minced celery (I don't use the 1 or 2 celery ribs, minced due to personal preference) into a bowl, set aside.

  2. Combine all the other ingredients in a bowl, and whisk until combined.

  3. Pour over the tofu, and mix with a fork until the tofu breaks down and it looks like egg salad.

  4. Eat.
