Recipe Ingredients for Pozole Verde

1.5 cup Hominy
1 clove Garlic
0.5 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1/4 tsp Oregano Leaves

Recipe Directions for Pozole Verde

cook hominy to boil, mix 2 cups of hominy with 1/3 cup of oregano leaves, one large garlic clove, and 10 oz of water in blender (blend to liquify). Boil chicken until falling off bones or until done pull apart and add all ingredients together. Add 1/4 ripe avocado, lime, fresh jalapeno, onion for garnish. Eat with tostadas (crunchy tortillas or tortilla chips)
