Recipe Ingredients for Powerbar

2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Skim Milk Powder
1/4 cup Wheat Germ
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 1/2 cup Raisins
1/2 cup Sunflower Seeds
2 Eggs
1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
1/2 cup Molasses
1/3 cup Peanut Butter

Recipe Directions for Powerbar

  1. In bowl combine flour, sugar, skim milk powder, wheat germ and baking powder; stir in raisins and sunflower seeds. Combine eggs, oil, molasses and peanut buttuer; add to dry ingredients, blending well

  2. Spread in greased 9-inch square cake pan. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until browned and frim to the touch. Let cool completely.

  3. Cut into 24 bars.
