0.25 cup dry Naturals Quick Oats
0.25 scoop Whey Protein Powder
5 small (1" dia) Strawberries
0.25 cup High Fiber Cereal

Recipe Directions for Power yogurt oatmeal

Blend strawberries, protein powder, and yogurt together, mix in quick oats and flax seed meal and let it sit over night. Serve with High Fiber on top for crunch.
