24 slice turkey bacon
6 cup oatmeal
12 tablespoon honey
1/2 cup almonds
12 tablespoon raisin
6 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 egg whites
6 cup strawberry,banana, blue berries, grape, orange, cantaloupe, honeydew melon, honeydew melon
8 oz orange juice

Recipe Directions for Power Start Breakfast

  1. Vanilla Cinnamon Protein Oats

  2. as oatmeal cooks in pot of water

  3. add honey

  4. raisin

  5. egg whites

  6. vanilla extract

  7. stir until done

  8. cook turkey bacon in microwave as directed on package

  9. combine fruit in bowl and add almonds

  10. enjoy.
