Recipe Ingredients for Power spheres

3/4 cup dried apricots
3/4 cup dried apple
3/4 cup peanut butter, natural
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup pecans
1/4 cup almonds
1/4 cup oats
1/4 cup sesame seeds
300 ml honey
1 cup coconut, unsweetened

Recipe Directions for Power spheres

  1. toast the nuts and oats, keeping sesame seeds separate.

  2. Pulse dried fruit in food processor until crumbly; set aside in large bowl.

  3. Pulse nuts, excluding sesame seeds, with coconut and oats, until crumbly, and add to the fruit.

  4. Add slightly warmed peanut butter and honey, and mix thoroughly.

  5. Form into round balls, pressing firmly, then roll in sesame seeds.

  6. Serve immediately OR refrigerate, covered until you need a snack.
