taste great . great for breakfeast. you honestly do not tastethe spinach in this. it is delicious.a good way to get a lot of your nutrients in right off the bat without spending to many calories.

mix ingredients in blender. blend until smooth. about 1 minute. and enjoy. will have the consistancy of a smoothie or a milk shake.
