Recipe Ingredients for power smoothie

3/4 cup rice milk
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup blueberries
3/4 tbsp peanut butter
50 g whey protein
2/3 cup vanilla yogurt

Recipe Directions for power smoothie

  1. mix all ingredients into a blender (excluding whey)

  2. blend until well mixed

  3. while blender is still on add whey last
