Recipe Ingredients for Power salad

3 cups raw Spinach
1 cup raw mushrooms
1/4 cup onion, sliced
1/4 cup green peppers
1/4 cup olives
1 cup tomato

Recipe Directions for Power salad

Toss all ingredients together and enjoy. You can eat until you are full or you can graze on a bowl of this all day long.
