Here's our take on a traditional chef's salad, which is anything but light fare when it's heaped with meats and cheeses. Our version keeps the satisfaction factor with lean turkey breast and reduced-fat Swiss cheese - and adds plenty of colorful vegetables to the mix.

Recipe Ingredients for Power Salad

8 cups mixed, salad
1/4 cup red onion, chopped
4 tomatoes
8 oz roast turkey breast, diced
4 oz reduced-fat Swiss cheese, shredded

Recipe Directions for Power Salad

  1. Toss greens, onion, and dressing in a large bowl until coated.

  2. Divide between 4 plates.

  3. Arrange tomatoes, turkey, and cheese on top of the salad.
