Its weird but it actually turns out to be pudding!

Recipe Ingredients for Power Pudding

1 cup soymilk
2 tbsp ground flax seed
1/2 apple
1/2 banana
1 tbsp orange juice

Recipe Directions for Power Pudding

  1. -Bring soy milk to a boil

  2. -Add flax and boil for 30s

  3. -Remove from heat and allow to cool

  4. -Mash banana and peel and chop apple, combine with juice in a medium bowl

  5. -Add milk/flax mixture and whisk together until fluffy

  6. -Refridgerate for an hour or so
