Recipe Ingredients for Power Protein-Greek Yogurt Pancakes

1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 tbsp flaxseed
1/3 scoop Isopure Zero Carb Creamy Vanilla
1 tbsp FAGE Total 0%
1/2 cup liquid egg whites
1 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Power Protein-Greek Yogurt Pancakes

  1. Place oatmeal, ground flaxseed, protein powder, cinnamon in food processor - grind until oatmeal is fine meal.

  2. In separate bowl beat egg whites to soft peaks

  3. Add yogurt and oatmeal mix and beat again. Optional: add 1 tsp vanilla for flavor

  4. Ladle out pancake mix onto griddle (seasoned with canola oil) & cook

  5. Serve with berries or other fruit.
