Healthy whole wheat pancakes. You can also sub in buckwheat four instead of whole wheat to make these gluten free.

Recipe Ingredients for Power Pancakes

1 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup oats
3 t baking powder
1 cup skim milk
1 T canola oil
1 T honey
1 egg
6 sprays pam cooking spray
2 T lite syrup

Recipe Directions for Power Pancakes

Combine dry ingredients. Stir in wet ingredients (excluding syrup). Heat nonstick griddle over medium heat using cooking spray. Make pancakes, browning on both sides. Top with lite syrup, and fresh berries if desired.
