Rolled oat and cottage cheese pancakes

Recipe Ingredients for Power Pancakes

1 cup oats
1 cup fat free cottage cheese
1 egg
2 egg whites
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe Directions for Power Pancakes

Blend oats, then add cottage cheese and bland until mostly smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend. Cook over medium heat. Add fruit topping instaed of syrup.
