Recipe Ingredients for Power Pancake

4 egg whites
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 tbsp lowfat cottage cheese

Recipe Directions for Power Pancake

Combine all ingredients except for jelly in a blender until smooth. Pour batter into a hot nonstick skillet. Cook for about 2 mins. or until batter is no longer runny; flip pancake and cook for 2 mins. Place on a plate and add 1 or 2 tbsp of jelly for a great start of your day!
