2 cups water
1 cup ice
1/2 scoop protein powder
1 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp ground flax seed

Recipe Directions for power packed light smoothie

  1. add ice cold water and ice to blender

  2. add peanut butter, flax & protein powder

  3. blend until well combined (no lumps)

  4. Enjoy
