Recipe Ingredients for Power Omlet

3 large Egg, Whole
1 cup, diced(86 g) Mushrooms, Portabella
1/4 cup Meals Made Simple Pulled Pork

Recipe Directions for Power Omlet

So there is two ways of going about this. One way or another... Start out by cutting off a slice of pulled pork from the brick in the package. Slice and Dice, Same with one mushroom, I used champignon mushrooms. Then break 3 eggs into a bowl. Glaze the pan with olive oil. If you're looking for a crispier texture on the pulled pork, throw that in first and then the mushrooms, and pour beat eggs over... then mix it around while its cooking. If you don't want the crispy texture and like the smoother chewier texture on the ham, throw the mushrooms and pulled pork into the bowl of beaten eggs and stir it around so its all mixed in, then pour it out on the pan and mix while cooking. I like to cook the eggs until their mostly cooked but still look a little glazy rather then little honey colored and matte. Then throw a good amount of black pepper on. (speeds up the metabolism) Serve when ready.
