Recipe Ingredients for Power Muffins

1 cup white flour
1/2 cup spelt flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup rolled oats
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup pineapple
1/2 banana
3/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1/2 cup water

Recipe Directions for Power Muffins

  1. blend dry ingredients

  2. add wet ingredients

  3. mix until just blended.

  4. bake 375 for 20 minutes.
