1 cup, dry, yields Oats
32 1/2 grams Honey, Strained Or Extracted
1/2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1/2 tsp Lemon Peel
1/2 tbsp Orange Peel
1 fruit (2-5/8" dia) Oranges
1 medium Banana
