Delicious, no oil, hummus like dip

Recipe Ingredients for Power Hummus

1 serving Valley Ranch Canned Garbanzo Beans
1/2 cup Sweet Peas
1 clove garlic
1 whole tomato (roasted)
1/6 Onion Yellow
3 g Mint
8 g Cilantro
1/3 cup lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Power Hummus

  1. Put everything in a food processor and enjoy!

  2. *Note on the tomatoes, I cut them in half and just put them on an open flame on the stove, skin side down to avoid huge fires and such.
