Recipe Ingredients for Power Granola

4 cups oats
2/3 cup flaxseed
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup almonds
4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2/3 cup orange juice
1/4 cup honey
4 teaspoons coconut oil
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup cranberries
1 cup blueberries

Recipe Directions for Power Granola

  1. Preheat oven to 300

  2. Combine first 5 ingredients

  3. combine juice and honey in sauce pan, dissolve honey

  4. remove from heat, add oil and vanilla

  5. add juice mixture to oats, stir

  6. put into a jelly roll pan and bake for 25 mins, stirring occasionally
