Recipe Ingredients for Power Energy Bar

1 cup of raisins
1 cup of honey
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp of salt
1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
1 cup non-fat powdered milk
2 cups Honey Bunches Just Bunches cereal
1 cup of All Bran

Recipe Directions for Power Energy Bar

Line a 30cm x 22cm tin with waxed paper. Bring the syrup, sugar and salt to the boil in a saucepan or microwave. Stir in all other ingredients. Allow it to cool a little, then press the mixture into the lined tin. Chill in the fridge for 30 mins, then cut into squares.
