Recipe Ingredients for POWER BURN

1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
6 small (5-1/2" long) Carrots
2 cup, cubes Squash, Winter, Butternut
1 serving Garlic Cloves
1.75 cup, chopped Kale
13 serving Tomatoes Diced No Salt Added
4 potato small (1-3/4 to 2-1/2" dia) Potatoes, White, Flesh And Skin
0.33 medium raw Sweet Potato
1.5 tbsp Pepper, White
3 tsp Cayenne
3 medium mushroom Portobello Mushrooms

Recipe Directions for POWER BURN

chop all ingredients to desired size. kale minced. put all except kale into crockpot on low for 8-10 hours. stir once mixing flavors. add kale the last 2 hours.
