good power smoothie for the mornings. Good way to get rid of fruit that may be need to be eaten up in the fridge. Comes out great in the Oster "MyBlend" blender. I' ve pretty much had my fruit for the day as the sugar is a little over 40 grams, so no sugar for the rest of the day. If you are watching your sugar, you may want to revise this recipe and see how may grams of sugar of all the ingrediants.

Recipe Ingredients for Power Breakfast Smoothie

1/2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1/2 cup whole Red Seedless Grapes
1 cup, halves Strawberries
8 fl oz Original
2 tbsp Organic Golden Flaxseed Meal
1/4 cup Walnut Pieces
1/2 tbsp Honey Squeezable

Recipe Directions for Power Breakfast Smoothie

  1. pour almond milk in blender.

  2. Add strawberries and grapes and blend.

  3. then add ground flaxseed, banana, honey and walnuts, and blend again.
