Recipe Ingredients for Power Breakfast

1 cup chopped Spinach
1/2 cup diced Red Pepper
1/4 cup diced Vidalia Onions
2 large diced Mushrooms
1 tsp Olive Oil
1 large Egg
1/8 cup Skim Milk
1 Ground Black Pepper

Recipe Directions for Power Breakfast

  1. Whip egg and milk.

  2. On a medium hot fry pan, spread out the olive oil. Drop in the spinach, the rest of the veggies, then top with egg mixture.

  3. Top with your favorite spices. Flip only once.

  4. Serve with one slice of your favorite whole grain toast.

  5. Prep and Cooking time - 15 minutes and the best part, only 165 calories.
