Amazingly delicious and nutritious breakfast.

Recipe Ingredients for Power Breakfast

5 g sesame seeds
5 g flax seeds
5 g almonds
10 g barley, uncooked
5 g millet
5 g oat, uncooked
5 g sunflower seeds
5 g Basmati rice, uncooked
3/4 cup lowfat yogurt
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp honey
1 banana

Recipe Directions for Power Breakfast

  1. Put 100g of each of the ingredients in a grinder and mix.

  2. Take 3 tbsp of the mix and add it to yogurt.

  3. Mix in the olive oil.

  4. Mix in the honey.

  5. Squeeze in 1/2 lemon.

  6. Add banana.

  7. Put a few almonds on top and enjoy!
