a delightful healthy power bar recipe

Recipe Ingredients for POWER BARS

3 cups oatmeal
6 oz Cranberries
8 oz Sunflower Nuts
1/2 cup wheat germ
4 oz oat bran
1 cup coconut
3 tablespoons ground flaxseed
1 1/2 tablespoon Cinnamon
1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
1 cup honey
4 tablespoons Butter

Recipe Directions for POWER BARS

mix well by hand, pack down firmly in sprayed 9 x 13 pan bake for 15 min at 350 degrees, remove from oven & sprinkle top with 1 cup chocolate chips if you wish, refig until firm and cut into bars. lasts a long time (cut & freeze into individually wrapped bars)
