Power Bars Recipe

No bake power bars. Not super good - but ok . . . needed the calorie/nutritional count. Very filling. Will be making some changes for next batch

Recipe Ingredients for Power Bars

2 scoops whey protein
4 c old fashioned quaker oats
1 serving lecithin granules (1 T)
1 T nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp kelp
4 T blackstrap molasses
1 T butter
3/4 c water (enough to moisten)
5 c rice Krispies
3 tsp Fiber-Sure

Recipe Directions for Power Bars

  1. mix dry ingredients (except rice krispies) in food processor

  2. add molasses and butter and process

  3. add enough water to moisten - process

  4. fold in 4 cups of the Rice Krispies

  5. Divide into 8 portions and roll each log into the remaining Rice Krispies

  6. wrap in waxed paper and store in refrigerator
