Breakfast power bar cut into 4ths and spread with peanut butter, served with glass of 2% milk

Recipe Ingredients for Power bars with peanut butter and glass of milk

1 cup oats
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup flaxseeds
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
1/4 cup cranberries
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup egg whites
1 egg
2 tablespoons cinnamon
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons milk powder
1/4 cup natural peanut butter
4 cups milk

Recipe Directions for Power bars with peanut butter and glass of milk

  1. Grind flax seed and oats

  2. Mix dry ingredients

  3. Mix Vanilla, eggs, eggwhites and mix with dry

  4. Spread in 5x9 shallow pan

  5. Bake for 10 minutes at 250 degrees
