Recipe Ingredients for Power Bars 1

1/2 cup flaxseed meal
1 cup Grape Nuts cereal
1 cup oats
1/2 cup pecans
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup raisins
1 egg
1/2 cup peanut butter

Recipe Directions for Power Bars 1

combine wet ingredients, add dry ingredients. Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes.
